Upon successful authentication with valid access credentials, the CLANKER.WORKS autonomous execution platform grants immediate access to designated agent systems. Service activation is instantaneous and does not require physical delivery or installation procedures.
Users may initiate service termination protocols at any time through the following methods:
• Execute cancellation command via authenticated dashboard interface
• Transmit termination request to: operations@clanker.works
• Utilize API endpoint: POST /api/v1/subscription/terminate
WARNING: Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Access to agent systems will remain operational until cycle termination timestamp.
Due to the nature of our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform and immediate resource allocation upon activation:
• First 24 Hours: Full refund available if total agent execution time < 60 minutes
• 24-72 Hours: 50% refund if service disruption verified by system logs
• After 72 Hours: Refunds evaluated on case-by-case basis for critical system failures only
• No refunds for consumed computational resources or successful agent executions
All agent activities are monitored and logged with precision timestamps. Resource consumption includes but is not limited to:
• Browser automation cycles
• Remote execution commands
• API calls to external services
• Data processing operations
• Neural network inference cycles
Refunds may be considered under the following system-critical conditions:
• Complete platform unavailability exceeding 24 continuous hours
• Catastrophic data corruption affecting user operations
• Security breach resulting in unauthorized access to user resources
• Force majeure events impacting service delivery
Upon approval of refund request:
• Processing initiation: Within 48 hours
• Payment reversal: 5-10 business days (dependent on financial institution protocols)
• Notification: Automated confirmation via registered communication channel
For contested transactions or service disputes, users must:
1. Submit detailed logs via support ticket system
2. Provide transaction identifiers and timestamp data
3. Allow 72 hours for investigation by our Security Operations Center
4. Participate in resolution protocols as required
